Q2. What are the computer specifications required by the software?

Our software requires a Windows Operating System-based unit (Computer, Laptop, Tablet, Kiosk), at least 2GB RAM, and at least INTEL CORE DUO or higher processor.

Q5. What should we do if we encounter problems and concerns with the POS software?

You may check our “Common Troubleshooting” article in our website first for the solution to your problem. Otherwise, you may send an email to info@posnuc.com regarding your concern.

Q6. I cannot access the “Common Troubleshooting” article in your website. What should I do?

The “Common Troubleshooting” article is password-protected and is only exclusive for our customers. To have an access, kindly login to our website using the account that we will provide via email upon purchase our product.  

Q7. Does your software have warranty?

Yes, we have a 1-Year warranty for our customer service support . For more details, you may contact us via email at info@posnuc.com 

Q8. Is the POS Software transferrable once my hardware is no longer functioning?

1. The LITE and STANDARD versions of the software are non-transferrable, once the hardware is no longer usable, the user should buy a new license for a new device.

2. The PRO version is transferrable to another unit if the previous POS hardware is no longer functioning. Our Technical Support Team will assist you in retrieving the backup from the old device, software installation, and database restoration to  the new device.

Q9. What should I do if I would like to refund, change, return, or cancel the POS Software license that I bought?
